Our refurbishment process

The following parts are carefully inspected and/or tested on every thermal printer and where we believe a part is defective or worn, we replace that part as needed: ribbon feed spindle, ribbon take up spindle, platen, rollers, bearings, drive motor, belts, logic board, ribbon sensor, media sensor, control panel, display panel, power supplies, housing components are cleaned/or painted & replaced as necessary, and brand new print head added. Each unit undergoes stringent testing and quality control procedures before being shipped. Our printers ship with a 90 day limited return to MIDCOM service center warranty.

Available with 203 or 300-dpi resolution, for precision labeling without any loss of speed. This is ideal for compliance labeling applications with variable data requiring immediate results.
