Have you heard about Zebra’s new OneCare Plans for printers and Enterprise products?

Their tag line is ‘if it’s broken, we’ll fix it’, and it seems like the statement holds true and these flexible plans are designed to do just that. There are 3 different service levels – Essential, Select and Premier, which allow you to customize your service level coverage beyond the manufacturer’s warranty to best match your business requirements. On these plans, everything is fixed – from worn out and broken parts, including normal wear and tear and also accidental damage. These plans can be purchased within 30 days of your Zebra equipment purchase.

The return process with these plans is extremely easy and quick. Return requests can be made online, 24 hours a day, with experienced technical support staff conveniently available to assist with any questions and resolve your issues, with the ability to speak in 16 languages.

Below are the highlights of each of the plan levels:

Zebra OneCare Essentials

  • Term: 3-5 years
  • Comprehensive coverage, including normal wear and tear, as well as accidental breakage
  • Printer cleaning and adjustment
  • OS updates and upgrades
  • Technical support during your local business hours (weekdays, 8am-5pm)
  • 3-day turnaround time on repairs, and return shipping
  • User assessment and learning resources for staff
  • On-Site service option -technician dispatched to your facility to troubleshoot and resolve issues for the most critical situations
  • Device Diagnostics Service – allows you to detect WAN connectivity, memory and battery issues on mobile computers to help you triage problems (for Enterprise Products)

Zebra OneCare Select

  • Higher level than Essential
  • Term: 3-5 years
  • Comprehensive coverage, including normal wear and tear, as well as accidental breakage
  • Printer cleaning and adjustment
  • OS updates and upgrades
  • Replacement printer shipped out immediate upon notification – before broken unit is received for repair
  • Next day return shipping
  • Printer settings and label formats are commissioned so your printer is ready to use on arrival
  • 24/7 Technical support help desk availability
  • User assessment and learning resources for staff
  • Cloud-based visibility service option, powered by our Asset Visibility Platform (providing the location, condition and usage patterns of your LinkOS network enabled printers to enhance worker productivity)
