Full Job Description
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representative with business to business experience to join our team. We offer a great work environment with a team of people that are committed professionals.
Responsibilities
- Field incoming phone and web leads
- Assist customers with placing service calls
- Generate quick quotes for sales team
- Review and prepare service agreement renewal quotes
- Update CRM and accounting software and other data entry
Skills
- College degree
- Minimum 2 years of B-B customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Experience working with CRM software
Job Type: Full-time
